Hello Teachers,
We are pleased to officially roll out ParentSquare as the district’s communication platform for teachers to communicate with parents and families.
The use of a platform like ParentSquare was agreed to as part of last year’s negotiations. One of the goals is to make communication easier for you and to eliminate the need to text parents or call them from your personal phone number. It also provides an added layer of protection for both you and the District by keeping school-related communications in one platform. When questions or concerns arise about a communication, we have a record of what was sent and when it was sent, rather than having those conversations take place through personal phones or text messages.
We are looking forward to formally rolling out ParentSquare next Wednesday, September 30, at 2:15 PM. I will send additional information before the training with more details about the steps you will need to take.
In preparation for next week’s training, please complete the following:
1. Register for the Training Webinar
In order to participate in the upcoming training, you must first register for the session using the link below:

Register for the ParentSquare 101 Webinar
Once registered, you will receive an email with a calendar invitation to the session.
2. Register for ParentSquare
Please register/create your ParentSquare account prior to the start of the training.
You should also be logged in to ParentSquare before the training begins.
